Village situated in picturesque 'La Creuse' central France.  La Creuse is pollution free, clean air, 3rd best drinking water in France. Industry consists mainly of Cattle and sheep and timber production.
House not on any flight paths, no trains nearby, no traffic. A saying in La Creuse 'if there is more than 2 cars in front of you....its a traffic jam'
                
The house is only around 40 mins to Limoges and one hour to Limoges airport.
30Mins to Peyrat Le Chateaux and Lac Vassiviere. 

Wildlife and wild flora is in abundance. Roads are almost empty. Crime in this area is virtually unheard of. French people here are very friendly and exceptionally helpful and have no problems with the English living here.

The house has not been lived in for a number of years.  If you wish to view we prefer one weeks notice, You choose the time and date to suit your travel arrangements and we will travel to meet you at the house. Directions will be sent upon confirmation of date and time.

1) You confirm that you are in a financial position to buy a house in France and are not just 'Browsing' You have either sold or have a mortgage or have money to buy.
2) Tell us you intentions i.e.: If you are thinking of running a business, to live here or are looking for a holiday home.
3) If you have sold up in the UK how far are you in the process?
